"Laporannya saya lihat ada, tapi saya tidak tahu pengucurannya," ujar Boediono di Pengadilan Tipikor Jakarta, Jumat (9/5/2014).

Terkait adanya penambahan PMS dari Rp 6,7 triliun dan Rp 1,2 triliun, Boediono juga mengaku tidak tahu. Ia mengetahui ada perubahan dari koordinator Komite Stabilitas Sektor Keuangan (KSSK). "Saya mengetahui ada pembahasan dengan sekretaris KSSK, ini ada perubahan angka," ujarnya.

Soal alasan adanya perubahan dana menjadi Rp 6,7 triliun dan tambahan Rp 1,2 triliun, kata Boediono, adalah kesalahan pemahaman. Bukan penambahan anggaran. "Ini mungkin penegertian yang tidak pas apa yang disebut dengan penjaminan uang simpanan oleh nasbah di bank."

"Itu oleh LPS dijamin selama mereka (nasabah) bayar premi. Nasabah yang memiliki simpanan di bawah Rp 2 miliar akan dijamin apapun yang akan terjadi. Itu jaminan LPS kepada bank, kapada nasabahnya. Kemudian ada jalur PMS untuk menyelamatkan Bank Century yang jumlahnya Rp 6,7 triliun dan Rp 1,2 triliun. Itu jalurnya lain, aturannya juga lain," papar Wakil Presiden itu.

Perubahan dana talangan PMS suatu bank, kata Boediono, sangat tergantung perkembangan bank terkait dalam perkembangan proses likuidasi. "Jadi kalau dalam krisis apapun yang kita anggap sebagai perkiraan keputusan untuk menutup likuditias itu tentatif itu tergantung perkembangan setalah berikutnya, setelah diputuskan."

"Misalnya, berapa orang yang akan mengambil uang dan sebagainya. Tahap pelaksanaannya LPS-lah yang menentukan. Tingkat itulah yang dimaksud," sambung Boediono.

Pada 30 Oktober 2008 terkait permohonan repo aset Bank Century, yang dianggap tidak layak diberi bantuan dana talangan atas rekomendasi Bank Indonesia, Boediono juga mengaku tidak tahu. "Saya tidak ingat detail. Tapi mungkin dia perifer pada aturan FPJP," ujarnya.

Boediono menegaskan, terkait pengucuran dana Fasilitas Pendanaan Jangka Pendek (FPJP) itu adalah masalah teknis operasional. Maka itu yang mengetahui pengucuran dana secara persis adalah KSSK yang kemudian diserahkan kepada LPS. "Saya katakan KSSK yang putuskan, itu kemudian diserahkan kepada LPS untuk diserahkan."
