Forum Warga Jakarta Utara mendesak agar pemerintah menyelesaikan proyek jalan akses Tol Priuk-Cilincing atau biasa disebut Akses Tol Priuk (ATP), yang dalam rencananya selesai 2012 lalu. Sebab, selain menimbulkan kemacetan, warga juga sudah mengeluhkan debu dan material di pinggir jalan.

"Dampaknya ke kami juga. kita meminta kepada pemerintah agar menindak tegas. Sesak napas sudah kita rasakan tiap hari. kita lihat dampak kemacetannya cukup tinggi nih, dan semua warga sudah teriak terlebih yang punya usaha," kata salah satu warga Tanjung Priuk, Beny Dikri (45) di Jakarta, Rabu (3/7/2013).

Namun Beny juga menyadari tertundanya proyek ATP itu, karena masih ada segelintir warga yang menginginkan harga jauh yang sudah ditentukan pemerintah yaitu sebesar Rp 12 juta. Kendati begitu dirinya juga tidak mau ambil pusing lantaran ia tidak menginginkan terjadi konflik horizontal dengan sesama warga.

"Sebenarnya kita sesalkan juga masih ada warga yang menuntut dengan harga Rp 35 juta. pembayaran ini merugikan? Kami sudah cukup. Malah bahasanya sudah bukan ganti rugi lagi tapi sudah ganti untung. sudah cukup bijak pemerintah, sepertinya warga ada yang memotori. hari ini sebenarnya kita undang juga mereka, tapi mereka tidak datang, masa kita paksa," jelas Beny.

Proyek pembebesan terkait ATP sudah mencapai 85 persen. Namun, Pemerintah masih menunggu dari yang belum mau membebaskan lahannya.

Pantauan CloneAGC, berbagai elemen masyarakat mulai dari tokoh warga dan ormas, berkumpul di Balai Yos Sudarso. Mereka berencana merumuskan langkah-langkah yang akan diambilnya, untuk ikut memediasi pemerintah dan pemilik lahan yang masih bertahan. (Sul/Mut)
