Mantan Presiden Direktur PT Indosat Tbk, Harry Sasongko mangkir dari pemeriksaan tim Jaksa Penyidik Pidana Khusus Jampidsus Kejaksaan Agung (Kejagung). Harry diperiksa sebagai saksi guna menggali dugaan korupsi kejahatan korporasi penggunaan jaringan frekuensi 3G PT Indosat Tbk oleh PT Indosat Mega Media (IM2).

"Saksi Ir Harry Sasongko (Presiden Direktur PT Indosat Tbk tahun 2009-2012) tidak dapat hadir karena ada kegiatan di luar kota," kata Kapuspenkum Setia Untung Arimuladi di Kejagung, Jakarta, Selasa (13/8/2013).

Menurutnya, pemeriksaan Harry sedianya untuk saksi atas kasus yang menjerat 2 perusahaan tersebut. Kendati demikian 2 dari 3 saksi petinggi Indosat lainnya memenuhi panggilan jaksa. Kedua petinggi Indosat yang juga ditetapkan tersangka itu adalah mantan Direktur Utama PT IM2, Indar Atmanto dan Johnny Swandi Sjam (JSS) mantan Presdir PT Indosat tbk tahun 2007-2009.

"Saksi Indar Atmanto diperiksa pada pokoknya mengenai kegiatan kerja sama serta proses-prosesnya terhadap penggunaan frekuensi 2,1 GHz antara PT Indosat Tbk dan PT IM2," ujarnya.

Sementara, pemeriksaan tersangka Johnny diperiksa penyidik soal proses persiapan penggunaan frekuensi 2,1 GHz.

"Serta penandatanganan perjanjian kerja sama Indosat Voucher Data Base (IVDB) dalam hubungannya dengan penggunaan frekuensi 2,1 GHz milik PT Indosat Tbk oleh PT IM2," ungkap Untung.

Sebelumnya, IM2 menyelenggarakan jaringan itu melalui kerja sama yang dibuat antara Indosat dengan IM2 yang notabene adalah anak perusahaan dari PT Indosat.

Namun, Kejagung menganggap IM2 telah menyelenggarakan jasa telekomunikasi jaringan bergerak seluler frekuensi 3G tanpa izin pemerintah. Akibat penyalahgunaan ini, negara dirugikan sekitar Rp1,3 triliun. (Adi/Frd)
