Walikota Surabaya Tri Rismaharini mengaku khawatir, laporan adanya ketidaksesuaian prosedur pelantikan Wisnu Sakti Buana sebagai wakilnya pada Januari lalu, menggoyahkan prinsip taat aturan yang selama ini dipegang jajarannya. Ia tidak menginginkan bawahannya akan menganggap biasa jika aturan tidak ditaati sehingga berpotensi terjadi preseden.

"Nah, saya kan biasa ngajari ke teman-teman di pemerintah kota bahwa harus taat aturan, taat proses, harus ngikut itu. Aku ndak mau itu jadi preseden. Cuma itu saja saya masalahkan," kata Rismaharini atau Risma kepada CloneAGC, Sabtu (8/2/2014).

Hal yang ia takutkan, jika ternyata benar terjadi kesalahan prosedural dan tetap diloloskan, maka jajarannya akan mencontoh ketidaktaatan aturan tersebut. Padahal selama ini, Risma mengaku sangat tegas menanamkan kepada staf pemerintahan kota Surabaya untuk memegang prinsip taat aturan.

"Jadi nanti kalau begitu kan staf saya jadi ngomong 'ini ndak papa kok, itu buktinya'. Aku kan nanti jadi apa, goyah di bawahnya. Karena kalau pemerintahnya goyah, ini bahaya gitu lho," tandas Risma.

Mengenai benar atau tidaknya laporan pelantikan Wisnu yang dianggap tidak sah karena Ketua Panitia Pemilihan Wakil Walikota Surabaya Eddie Budi Prabowo merasa tidak menandatangani kelengkapan berkas calon wakil walikota, Risma menyerahkannya kepada pihak yang berwenang. Yang jelas, tuturnya, secara pribadi ia dan wakilnya Wisnu memiliki hubungan personal yang cukup baik dan tidak ada masalah.

"Prosesnya minta dievaluasi di Depdagri kan. Tapi kalau pribadi saya nggak. Cuman, saya harus menyampaikan ke staf di bawah saya agar tetap harus ngikuti aturan," tegas Risma. (Tya/Mvi)
