PT Tower Bersama Tbk (TBIG), perusahaan telekomunikasi milik Saratoga memberikan pinjaman kepada anak usahanya PT Tower Bersama senilai Rp 345 miliar.

Demikian mengutip keterangan yang diterbitkan, Senin (23/12/2013). Dana pinjaman itu akan digunakan anak usaha perseroan untuk pembayaran sebagian kewajiban utang terkait fasilitas revolving seri 7 dalam Debt Programme. Selain itu, anak usaha perseroan menggunakan dana pinjaman itu untuk pembangunan sites telekomunikasi baru.

Pinjaman itu memiliki jangka pendek kurang dari satu tahun dan jangka panjang 1 tahun-3 tahun. Tingkat suku bunga yang ditawarkan untuk jangka pendek sekitar 11,25% per tahun dan jangka panjang 12,5% per tahun.

Dana pemberian pinjaman perseroan itu berasal dari obligasi berkelanjutan I tahap pertama tahun 2013 senilai Rp 740 miliar. Seri A berjangka waktu 1 tahun memiliki kupon bunga 9% dan seri B berjangka tiga tahun dengan kupon bunga 10% per tahun.

Transaksi ini merupakan transaksi afiliasi sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan Nomor IX.E.1. Perseroan memegang 98% saham PT Tower Bersama dan PT Provident Capital Indonesia sebesar 2%. (Ahm)
